1. Can I access my RV/ Rig at any time?
Yes, you can access your Rig through our computerized front gate via key fob or individualized access code assigned to you anytime night or day, this access will be logged on our computer system, and you can utilize our cameras to view your RV or Boat anytime you like from any web based computer.
2. Do you have surveillance cameras?
Yes, we have cameras at the front gate as well as throughout the facility to monitor activities around your investment.
3. Are you a member of any RV Storage Association?
Yes, we are a member in good standings with the “Texas Self Storage Association”.
4. Is electricity available?
Yes, the covered sites have electricity available, and power for your battery maintainer and refrigerator is apart of your rental agreement, however if you wish to run heaters or air conditioners we will meter the usage and you will be billed at a pass through rate.
5. I am new at driving my Rig, is it a tight fit for turns and parking?
We have wide 55 foot drives and wide well marked pull-thru open sites and wide well marked back in sites, both covered and open.
6. Do I have to sign any contracts?
We have a rental agreement that we will sign together to insure we both know what services are being purchased and we have contact information on you in case of an emergency.
Depending on the terms of the agreement you will pay by the month or three months in advance of services rendered.
8. Are discounts available?
Yes, we offer discounts for quarterly rental agreements sign and paid for in advance.
9. What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Checks, Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal and we can automatically draft your Bank account or charge your credit card to avoid late charges if you like.
10. Is there a deposit required?
No, we think that we are all adults here and we would think that you would be fare and pay for the services you use.
11. Is a move out notice required?
No, just let us know when you plan to move and paid to that day, that’s all we ask.
12. How do I get the gate open if I forgot my code or lost my key fob?
There is a call button on the gate that if you press it I will be called on my cell phone 24/7 and I can open the gate remotely.
